Recently, Good Doctor successfully held the 2025 Mid-Level and Core Staff Year-End Performance Review Meeting. This meeting reviewed the past year’s efforts to stay true to our original aspirations and unite our team to embark on a new journey. It not only provided a comprehensive assessment of the performance of core positions in 2025 but also served as an important opportunity to build team consensus and plan for 2026’s development.

At the meeting, everyone jointly reviewed the progress and implementation of various tasks for 2025, carefully analyzed the achievements and shortcomings throughout the year, and precisely identified the key priorities and directions for 2026.

Each mid-level manager and key team member delivered a report in turn, comprehensively and meticulously outlining their annual performance based on their specific job responsibilities. They shared highlights and valuable insights gained from their work, while also candidly reflecting on existing shortcomings and identifying areas for improvement. After each presenter concluded their report, company leaders provided individual feedback, acknowledging the outstanding achievements and significant results attained in each role throughout the year. At the same time, they offered specific and actionable suggestions for addressing the issues revealed during the reports, clearly defining the focus areas for future work.

 

After the work report concluded, the Chairman and General Manager put forward requirements and expectations regarding the company’s development and team growth: The quality of individuals determines the quality of work, and the quality of work, in turn, serves as the fundamental support for product quality and enterprise development. All staff members must adopt a clear attitude, demonstrating a solid, hardworking, and practice-oriented approach in their daily tasks, staying true to their original aspirations and realizing their personal value. At the same time, we must clearly define the core principles guiding our team’s growth and shared journey with the company: knowledge and education are the foundation for joining Good Doctor; skills and effort are the key to walking side by side; and perseverance and dedication are the essential qualities that enable us to move forward together with the company and see our journey through to the end. Going forward, all departments should integrate the spirit of this meeting into their daily work—empowering team development through individual growth, solidifying the foundation of enterprise development with high-quality work, and uniting hearts and minds to drive the company toward high-quality advancement.

 

The successful conclusion of this year-end performance review meeting not only provided a comprehensive overview of the achievements and shortcomings of 2025, but also clearly defined the development direction and key priorities for 2026, further strengthening team cohesion and boosting work enthusiasm. Moving forward, all middle-level managers and core personnel at Good Doctor will take this review as a new starting point, staying true to our original aspirations, keeping our mission firmly in mind, fulfilling our duties conscientiously, and stepping up to take responsibility, thus jointly writing a new chapter in the company’s development.
