To further implement the company’s management system, enhance the overall competence and professional skills of all employees, and support the company’s steady development, on February 25, 2026, Good Doctor organized the “Unite as One, Forge Ahead for Mutual Success—2026 Spring Empowerment Training.” All employees gathered together to learn and grow side by side, using learning to fuel personal growth and training to drive practical action. United in purpose, we set out on a new journey of vigorous advancement for the coming year.

United in purpose, we set forth on a new journey of vigorous advancement for the coming year.
This company-wide training focuses on three key foundational modules: the core policies outlined in the Employee Handbook, financial regulations and expense reimbursement procedures, and intellectual property protection and confidentiality management. The training systematically covers essential knowledge and practical details relevant to daily work in each module, helping all employees master the fundamental skills needed for everyday office tasks, standardize office procedures, and enhance both efficiency and compliance awareness. Meanwhile, to strengthen the competitiveness of the sales team and improve the management capabilities of mid-level staff, two specialized training sessions have been specially designed: “Understanding Your Competitors: Psychological Applications in Sales Negotiations” and “Managing People and Affairs: The Dual-Core Drive for Mid-Level Managers.”
All employees of the Good Doctor will take this training as a new starting point, turning what they’ve learned into practical work results.
