Good Doctor·Hyperthermic Perfusion | Literature Review and Analysis | (8) “A Comparative Study of the Efficacy of CCCHP and CHP in Treating Malignant Effusions”
Intracavitary hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy devices can maintain an effective therapeutic temperature within the body cavity and ensure continuous circulation, with efficacy significantly superior to that of single‑dose, non‑circulatory intracavitary hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy; there was no difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups.
Good Doctor·Hyperthermic Perfusion | Literature Review and Analysis | (7) “Clinical Study on Cytoreductive Surgery Combined with Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Perfusion Chemotherapy for Peritoneal Metastases of Gastric Cancer”
This study evaluated the therapeutic efficacy and adverse effects of hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) in patients with peritoneal metastases from gastric cancer, following cytoreductive surgery (CRS).

Good Doctor·Hyperthermic Perfusion | Literature Review and Analysis | (5) “An Experimental Study on the Safety of Hyperthermic Perfusion Chemotherapy in Body Cavity Circulation”
This study investigated the effects of different temperatures during hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) on the vital signs and intra-abdominal organs of experimental dogs, with the aim of determining the optimal temperature for HIPEC in this animal model. The results demonstrated that a temperature range of 42°C to 42.5°C is therapeutically appropriate, and that therapeutic efficacy is achieved only when the intraperitoneal temperature reaches 42.5°C.
